Embroidery vs Printing

Many clients ask us the best methods for branding their clothing and other products such as sports bags.

Embroidery is very good for smaller areas, such as the chest position for clothing. It is also more economical for multi-colour designs for smaller quantities due to the fact their is only 1 set-up cost compared to printing having a set-up cost per colour.

Printing is very good for large designs, such as A4 size prints on a t-shirt or jumper. it is also very economical for larger quantities of products. Printing can also produce fine detail such as small lettering and emblems, where embroidery has its limitations on small detail.

As always, contact us with your design for further advice.
